In light of the pandemic we will be implementing new procedures to handle our guests safely.
We are only allowing guests receiving services to be in salon. You can not bring a friend, or your children for your appointment.
You MUST bring your OWN mask to your appointment. If you do not bring a mask you will forefit your service. It could be months before you get another appointment.
We will not be taking any walk in appts.
We ask that all guests wash their hands before starting their appt.
We ask that all guests wait in their car and text your stylist to make sure you can come inside.
We ask that ANYONE with a fever or experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms to reschedule. There will be no cancellation fees.
What you can expect from us
We will be staggering appts to limit people in salon.
We will also be using gloves and masks.
We will use proper santizing procedues before and after your appt. Also well as cleaning "Hot Touch" areas every hour.
We will be working 6ft apart from other stylist and guests.
No-shows are a killer for small business owners. Please be aware that missing your appointment can be the difference between a small business owner making a living that week or not.
Clients will no longer be rescheduled after two consecutive cancellations.
Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance
You will not be rebooked after a no call no show
With that being said we do require a credit card to book an appointment. Anyone who breaks the policy will he charged for 50% of their scheduled services.
Our time is precious and we are looking for clients who appreciate that.
